How much is delivery?
Our delivery prices vary depending on the weight & size of your order. Delivery is calculated at check out where you can select Tracked24 or Tracked48 Royal Mail delivery.
When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch all standard orders within 3-5 working days*. For any orders which include Robes, PJs or Cami sets, please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be dispatched.
*Working days are Mon-Fri. Bank holidays are excluded from working days, please add an extra day to the dispatch time should there be a bank holiday.
What is a standard product?
Our standard products are all products available to purchase on the website with the exception of robes, pjs & cami sets.
What does pre-order mean?
If an item or product is stated as PRE-ORDER only, this means you can order now and this item will be created and dispatched by a certain date only. Pre-orders are usually found on our seasonal items such as Christmas. Any items or products which are pre-order only will have this clearly stated on their listing.

I've made an error on my order, can this be changed?
We understand mistakes can be made during the order process, please get in contact as soon as possible. Changes can be made as long as your order hasn't already gone into production.
What is the difference between the Charlotte & Gabriella Robes?
The difference is the design & fonts used. The Charlotte Lace robe & The Gabriella Lace Robe are the same style of robe, the only difference is the design used to personalise them.
This is the exact same for our Charlotte Ruffle Robes & Gabriella Ruffle Robes, they are the same style of robe, the name refers to the design & fonts used only.
I'm looking to have a bespoke design created, is this possible?
